Required Class Supplies
There are some class supplies that you are required to bring to every class, unless otherwise notified in advance.  These include a massage table, face-cradle, and ankle bolster, as well as a large towel, face-cradle cover and your own oil or lotion.  If you are flying in from out of town or cannot bring these supplies for some other reason, please notify us immediately after registration.  We will make arrangements to bring these supplies for your use, for an additional $50 charge.


Deposits / Partial Payments
For some classes, you will have the option during registration to make a  deposit payment up front and to later pay the  remainder by a certain due date specified on the registration form.  You  can create an account and log in to it in order to make additional  payments or changes at any time, but if you do not pay the balance by the due date, your credit card will be billed automatically on the due date.

Student Minimums
We  must reach a minimum number of attendees in order for us to be able to  go forward with any class.  We will notify you 1 month in advance of the scheduled class date if we have to cancel the class for lack of students.  You will know that we have reached our minimum when you receive a confirmation letter in the mail with a map to the location of the class and a letter indicating what supplies should  be brought to which class.  We suggest that you wait to receive your confirmation letter before scheduling travel or making hotel  reservations.  We accept no responsibility for fees associated with a  class cancellation aside from the fee for the class.


Cancellation Policy
If it is necessary for us to cancel a class, you can choose to  receive a refund in the same manner as your payment, you may take a  class credit or often times we can switch to the same class at a  different location. If it is necessary for you to cancel a class, if you  cancel more than 6 weeks prior to the seminar, you can receive a  refund or a credit. If you cancel 6 weeks or less prior to the  seminar, all amounts paid are credited towards a future class. This  credit expires two years from date of credit issue.  You cannot cancel  your course enrollment online.  To cancel, call 214-783-7210.


Class Location Changes
From time to time it is necessary to change a class location.  We will  provide you with as much advance notice as possible and the new location  will almost always be very close to the location originally scheduled for the class to be held.

Class Review/Re-take Policy

After you have taken a class, you may re-take the class for half-price for up to two years and still receive full CEU credits (if allowed by your state regulations).  When re-taking a class, you will need to bring your original course materials with you to class.
